I have used this treadmill for few months and observed frictional noise. Upon complaining to the Reach customer care and they sent a serviceman. When he opened the treadmill, I observed that the roller and the belt are rusted. The serviceman said he will come back but never showed up. The customer care also stopped taking my calls. This treadmill has to be repaired and can be re-used. I couldn’t find a repair shop that can fix this issue in my nearby neighborhood. So, I am selling this treadmill(Negotiable price).
